Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• "We", "us", "our" refers to Zing / BluePoint Sport.
• "You", "your", "Customer" refers to the person or organisation using our website or hiring or purchasing our products.
• "Equipment" refers to Zing LED wickets, Pocket Radar devices, and any related accessories supplied by us.
• "Rental Period" refers to the agreed period during which hired Equipment remains in your care.

2. Bookings & Quotes

All rentals and purchases are subject to availability. A booking or quote request submitted through our website is an enquiry and does not constitute a confirmed reservation until we confirm it in writing. Prices quoted are valid for the period stated in the quote and may be subject to change thereafter.

3. Payment

Payment terms, deposits, and any security amounts will be set out in your quote or invoice. Rental Equipment remains our property at all times. For purchases, ownership passes to you only once full payment has been received.

4. Use & Care of Rental Equipment

You agree to:

• Use the Equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions we provide.
• Keep the Equipment safe, secure, and protected from damage, theft, and adverse weather.
• Not repair, modify, or tamper with the Equipment.
• Return the Equipment in the same condition in which it was supplied, fair wear and tear excepted.

You are responsible for any loss of, or damage to, the Equipment during the Rental Period and may be charged for repair or replacement costs.

5. Delivery, Collection & Returns

Delivery and collection arrangements, including any associated fees, will be agreed in your booking confirmation. Late returns may incur additional charges at our standard daily rate.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Deposits may be non-refundable where costs have already been incurred on your behalf. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking.

7. Liability

We supply Equipment in good working order, but we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. You use all Equipment at your own risk and are responsible for the safety of participants and spectators at your event. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

8. Warranties & Product Sales

Pocket Radar and other products sold by us are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms. Your statutory rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act are not affected.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse any content without our prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
